A name, location, or other term entered into a search box is sent to the independent provider that operates that tool. We do not store or log those search terms on our own systems. The provider’s policy controls its handling of the query.
If you send an email or contact message, we keep the information needed to read and answer it. We do not share that message outside our organization unless disclosure is required by law.
